The bed was quite comfortable, and the room was large enough to move around freely. The WiFi worked smoothly, and the reception staff was friendly enough to give us directions to visit the main street. We were satisfied with the location since it was close to all the shops and restaurants.

The staff did not speak fluent English, which made communication quite difficult. we had to call the reception multiple times to get the amenities restocked, and the housekeeping staff was quite rude to us during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main street and shops. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with separate areas for the bed and TV. the views from the rooms are unobstructed and quiet, and the WiFi works well.

The hotel staff's English skills are limited, which can cause communication issues for some guests.

The room at Najran Hotel was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to many shops and amenities. The service from one of the front office staff was really good, going above and beyond to help us.

Best aspects include the spacious room with a comfortable bed, convenient location near shops and a silent street, good WiFi, free parking, and really good service from friendly and helpful Bangladeshi staff.
